Build-a-Bar
How It Works
Build-a-Bar allows you to know exactly what ingredients are in your products, so those with allergies can be safe knowing
exactly what is in their products, and those with particular tastes can create that special, personal scent. Each
Build-a-Bar order yields a 2 lb. bar of soap (a total of eight of our 4 oz. bars.) Your soap will be wrapped using one
of our signature handmade papers at no additional cost. If there's something you're looking for that's not here, or you
need a larger quantity of custom soap, please e-mail us
with your special needs.
All Build-a-Bar orders require 2-3 weeks curing time before they can be shipped.
1. Choose your base. Start with Burgundy Soap Co's Original recipe that we use for most of our soaps, or try our 100% Castile or Moisturizing Cocoa Butter base.
2. Choose your scent. Select from a variety of fragrance and essential oils. You may pick up to three (more than three oils must be handled through our Custom Soap page )
3. Choose your additives. Add exfoliates, moisturizers or dried botanicals to your soap.
4. Choose a color. Select from a list of all-natural colorants, or have your soap go "nude".
5. Check out. Once you click on the final Build-a-Bar button, you can request a name or special note on the label for your soap.
