Hours of Operation

BurgundySoap.Com is an online store only, available via our website 24 hours a day. E-mails are answered within twenty-four hours; weekend inquiries will be handled on Monday. Phone calls are forwarded to our answering service and then returned within the hour. Business takes place from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

 

Lead Time

Orders for all in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours of their receipt, excluding weekends andholidays. Build-A-Bar orders require at least a two-week period for your soap to cure before it can be shipped. This ensures that you receive a longer-lasting bar that is 100% lye-free.

Custom soap orders may take up to ten weeks, factorsincluding: specialized fragrance blends, customized soap stamps and test batches prior to completion. Please contactBurgundy directly at 443.803.3359 for a delivery date based on your specific needs.

 

Backorders

Due to our 2-4 week curing time for our soaps, occasionally a large order may cause one or more soapsto be unavailable. If you have ordered an out-of-stock item, you will be notified via e-mail to determine whether you wish to wait for the item on backorder, have the backordered item sent at another time (at no cost to you), or exchange the item for anotherof equal value.

 

Shipping

Beacuse many items are made upon request, it may take up to 72 hours for us to process your order before it is shipped. Most orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, usually arriving 2-3 days from our ship date. Heavy or large boxesweighing 10 pounds or more may be shipped via UPS, arriving up to 5 days from our ship date.

Shipping Special - Limited Time!Shipping is FREE for all purchases of $24 or more within the United States. You'll also receive FREE Shipping when you purchase 6 or more soaps (the total for soap is slightly under $24, but we won't hold that against you!) International Orders: we will contact you to confirm your shipping costs before processing your order.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase you make from us, so if your soap doesn't smelllike you expected, doesn't make your skin feel clean and moisturized, or doesn't arrive in superior condition, then please e-mail us with the confirmation code on your order and your concern. We'll either replace the product or refund your money at your request!
