Hours of Operation

BurgundySoap.Com is an online store only, available via our website 24 hours a day. E-mails are answered within twenty-four hours; weekend inquiries will be handled on Monday. Phone calls are forwarded to our answering service and then returned within the hour. Business takes place from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST, Monday through Friday.

 

Lead Time

Orders for all in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours of their receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Backorders

Due to our 2-4 week curing time for our soaps, occasionally a large order may cause one or more soaps to be unavailable. If you have ordered an out-of-stock item, you will be notified via e-mail to determine whether you wish to wait for the item on backorder, have the backordered item sent at another time (at no cost to you), or exchange the item for another of equal value.

 

Shipping

Most orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, arriving 2-3 days from our ship date. Heavy or large boxes weighing 10 pounds or more may be shipped via UPS, arriving up to 5 days from our ship date.

At this time, orders are only shipped to addresses within the United States.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with each purchase you make from us, so if your soap doesn't smell like you expected, doesn't make your skin feel clean and moisturized, or doesn't arrive in superior condition, then please e-mail us with the confirmation code on your order and your concern. We'll either replace the product or refund your money at your request!
